The EXFIL® SL Ballistic Helmet is engineered for operators who demand maximum ballistic protection with minimal weight. Built around an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene shell, the EXFIL® SL delivers exceptional energy absorption and life-saving performance while achieving a 15% weight reduction compared to the original EXFIL® Ballistic—without sacrificing fit, coverage, or capability.

Retaining the proprietary EXFIL® shell geometry, the helmet provides an optimized, stable fit across a wide range of head shapes. The boltless CAM FIT™ retention system with BOA® dial allows fast, precise adjustment in the field, ensuring secure and comfortable wear during extended operations.

Inside, the Team Wendy EXFIL® SL Air Fit Liner System, constructed with Zorbium® Foam Technology, offers advanced blunt-impact protection and customizable comfort. Developed through extensive traumatic brain injury research, the liner system is optimized for all-day wear while maintaining a low-profile, lightweight design.

Mission adaptability is enhanced through integrated EXFIL® Rail 3.0 accessory mounting, which is 25% lighter than the previous Rail 2.0 system and remains compatible with all EXFIL® accessories. A Wilcox® SL NVG shroud provides a 35% weight reduction compared to the previous W Shroud while retaining full NVG mounting capability and lanyard compatibility. Each helmet includes two Magpul® MOE® 5-slot Picatinny rails, mounting hardware, and a shock cord kit to stabilize night vision devices.
