Canada (and more specifically, Toronto) was in desperate need of a modern day tactical equipment supplier. One that would feel like more of a an “EXPO” with great displays, vs the traditional “Army Surplus” look that existing stores had. A tactical store that offered a safe environment for emergency responders to come in, grab a free cup of coffee, use a clean restroom, take a lunch break or charge their cell phones, and shop for great products with a large selection of top brands. With this growing demand, 416 Tactical was born, and Canada’s only Black Rifle Coffee Lounge was created in-store for our customers.
Owners Dave & Nichelle Laus both served as police officers in Ontario for 15 years, With their experience in law enforcement and beyond, this team knows how to keep our Emergency Responders properly equipped for safety while getting the job done.

Owner
Dave is a former police officer of 15 years. During his service, he worked in uniform, Canine Unit, Drug Unit, Search & Rescue, Public Order Unit and on numerous high-profile projects. Prior to becoming a police officer, Dave served in the Canadian Armed Forces for 3 years and worked in various law enforcement positions after that. He met his wife Nichelle Laus (also a former police officer) during his policing career, and they now have 4 children together.

Nichelle is a former police officer. During her 15 years of service, she worked in uniform, Community Orientated Response, Public Order, Criminal Investigative Bureau, and on numerous community projects throughout Peel and York Region. Nichelle has over 30 years of martial arts experience and was an amateur boxer and kickboxer fighter for over 15 years. Nichelle met her husband David Laus during her police career, and they now have 4 children together.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Deena is the Operations Manager and runs the day to day operations at 416 Tactical Supply. She comes from a strong background in management and her experience in the tactical products world is paramount for us at 416 Tactical Supply. Deena also looks after all bids and tenders, and large scale orders for agencies.

Purchased this to help make wearing the duty belt a bit more comfortable. Since wearing it, I’ve noticed a lot of stress relief off my hips and my back feels much better while sitting/ standing for extended periods of time

I recently bought the Peerless handcuff key holder which also comes with a double lock pin on the back. I’ve been using it all throughout my training program and it has been perfect each time I used it. I’m glad to have found the exact piece of equipment I needed to help me with my training.
Great pants for maneuverability and comfort. Tons of pockets for whatever you may need to carry. Good padding on the waist line for running belt with holster. Higher end on the price, however, quality feels pretty good so hopefully they stand the test of time. Would recommend based off initial impression.
