Planned entries and crowd control situations can escalate in seconds. The Team Wendy EPIC® Specialist is a ballistic helmet built for SWAT, riot, and specialised response units operating in high-intensity environments.
Its Ceradyne Seamless Ballistic Shell uses polyethylene composites that are 33% lighter than aramid. A no thru-hole design attaches the rails and shroud mechanically, leaving no weak spots in the shell.
· NIJ IIIA Ballistic Rating: Rated to NIJ STD 0106.01/0108.01 for proven protection during high-risk operations.
· ACH Gen II Blunt Impact: Meets AR/PD 14-01 and AEP 2902 Clause 4.1.1.1 Method H, protecting against impacts as well as rounds.
· Aluminum NVG Shroud: A machined aluminum shroud accepts most standardised NVG mount baseplates, so your night vision is ready to mount.
· Reverse Dovetail Accessory Rails: Low-profile rails carry communications, face shields, and other mission-essential equipment, with counterweight attachment options for balance.
· CAM FIT® BOA® Retention: A cable-supported rear dial and CAM FIT® locks allow precise one-hand adjustment that stays locked in during movement.
