Patrol calls can escalate without warning. The Team Wendy EPIC® Responder Plus is a lightweight ballistic helmet built for patrol officers, EMS, and fire personnel who need dependable protection without added bulk.
Its CERADYNE™ seamless shell uses polyethylene composites that are 33% lighter than aramid, keeping weight down across a full shift. A no thru-hole design preserves fibre continuity, so ballistic integrity is never compromised by drilled mounting holes.
· NIJ IIIA Ballistic Rating: Rated to NIJ STD 0106.01/0108.01 for proven protection on every call.
· ACH Gen II Blunt Impact: Meets AR/PD 14-01 and AEP 2902 Clause 4.1.1.1 Method H, guarding against impacts as well as rounds.
· ZORBIUM® Foam Liner: Impact-absorbing foam developed through traumatic brain injury research keeps you protected and comfortable through extended wear.
· CAM FIT® BOA® Retention: A micro-adjustable rear dial and Cam Lock sliders allow precise one-handed adjustment for a stable fit.
· Face Shield Cover Plate: Aids proper alignment of a band-mounted face shield so you can add protection when the situation calls for it.
