When seconds matter, your medical gear needs to be exactly where you expect it and reachable with either hand. The ReFlex™ IFAK System is a two-piece med roll and carrier setup developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel, designed to organize your supplies for rapid, ambidextrous deployment. It's built around the medical supplies included in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK, and the Carrier and Med Roll can be purchased together or separately.

Constructed primarily from heavy-duty nylon laminate, the system keeps everything organized and ready when it counts.

Features

·  HANK™ Grab Handles: High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar® composite construction for long-term durability.

·  Patient and IV Rack Attachment: Carry handle and shock cord loops let you attach the roll to a patient or hang it from an I.V. rack.

·  Flexible Mounting: Mounts vertically or horizontally on belts 1.5"–2.25", or horizontally on MOLLE, including narrow "Mini" MOLLE panels.

·  Side Glove Access: Retrieve gloves through side slots without removing the roll from the carrier.
